WATERLOO STABLES IS OPEN FROM MAY THRU OCTOBER

After years running Pinckney, we decided it was time to expand.  After searching for places to set up another riding stable we fell in love with the trails at Waterloo.  The problem was, these trails and stables had been closed for nearly 15 years, not to mention they belonged to Waterloo Recreation.

After quite some time working with the Department of Natural Resources, the State of Michigan decided to allow Sherri to open the Stables on a trial basis.  Sherri, along with her husband Jeff, her 85 year old father, her sons and even her small grandchildren worked for weeks to get the stables, barns and pastures back in order.  We are truly a four generation family business.  Before she knew it, she was in business operating Trail Rides from May thru October.

After two years working closely with the DNR Sherri was granted a long term opportunity. The trails at Waterloo are some of the most beautiful in the state, not to mention the largest in the lower peninsula.  At any time during a ride at Waterloo you may see wild turkeys, fawns, woodpeckers and even some wild berry patches. The perfect place to Board your Horse if you like riding in the beautiful scenic trails Waterloo has to offer.

Our equines get so excited coming into Waterloo where they get the sun, shade, fresh air and all the apples they can eat!  Book a Trail Ride reservation today!
