Sherri Richardson and Jeff purchased their Pinckney farm in 1998.  It was their dream.

 

They started Horse' N Around Stables, Inc. to include boarding, training and lessons.  The barns discipline is in trail riding and the farm is within trail riding distance to Brighton, Pinckney and Waterloo recreation.

They enjoy trail riding and equine camping both inside and outside of Michigan, including the greater Midwest and down south.

 

Sherri and Jeff began training four to six teenagers as well as adults every June on the Michigan Trail Riders Associations shore to shore ride across the state, 240 inland miles (a 16 day camping journey) for over twenty years.

 

Jeff managed the equines and farm while Sherri went back to school to receive her education in equine science from Schoolcraft College and Michigan State University.

 

Sheri managed one of Michigan's largest 501c3 equine rescue and sanctuary's out of Ann Arbor for 4 1/2 years.

 

"Our passion is equines; our love is sharing them with our grandkids and anyone who enjoys Horse n around".
